Wellness Talk: My Summer Reset Plan

Can you believe Summer is less than 3 months away…..that’s under 12 weeks!!!

Twelve weeks to get back into shape, to assess what’s working for you and what’s pulling you down, to set up your exercise routine and to even start pulling out those summer shorts and dresses.

Now I know just thinking about pulling on some shorts, or having to sit on the beach in your bikini, can seem rather terrifying, especially when we’ve been wrapped in layers of clothes and hiding behind out overside jumpers and track pants. Perhaps you’ve even let your healthy eating plan go out the door and you’ve enjoyed too many bowls of creamy pasta, multiple glass of wine and your exercise routine has completely collapsed. Don’t worry, that is exactly why I have condensed my three-month program, which I go through with all of my clients, into a 1 ½ hour Wellness Talk. I know everyone’s busy and were also all starting to save and think ahead to Christmas, so it can be really hard to dedicate the time, energy and money towards my full program.

  • Date: My 1st talk is on the 26th of October at 6.15pm-7.45pm (which is all sold out now) but I have opened up a 2nd talk on the 1st of November at 6.30pm-8pm. 
  • Cost: $105 (or $94 if you have been to one of my Wellness Talks before or if you bring a friend)
  • Location: at my home in Takapuna (you will be sent the address when you sign up)
