Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed a bit of a pattern with some of my clients. They’re feeling a little…..well I guess you might say “yuck”. After all the summer social gatherings with a little too much wine, a few too many cheese platters and perhaps missing a few exercise sessions, their summer indulging seems to have caught up on them.

I mean its hard. Of course you want to go out with your friends and have fun, eat and drink a little more than normal and enjoy yourself, but it doesn’t need to leave you feeling ….yucky, or bloated, or 2-3 kgs heavier and unmotivated.

Well Easter is now past and as that thankfully means the shelves are no longer jammed with chocolate treats and the Easter egg temptation has ended, I thought now would be the perfect time to open up my One Month Weight Loss Program. Plus Winter is right around the corner and you know what that means…. comfort eating, heavy carby meals, winter warming creamy pasta bowls and maybe skipping early morning exercise to sleep in a little bit longer.

It doesn’t take long to make a difference, but it does take a little bit of effort and motivation and so that’s where I come in. I’ll be by your side pushing you, giving you goals and telling you exactly what you need to focus on and why. None of that  “Should I or shouldn’t I eat this” debacle. You’ll feel confident in yourself and in your decisions, so you can focus on moving forward and changing those habits that are slowing pulling you down and holding you back from looking, feeling and being the best you.

What my one-month program involves:

  • 1 x FREE 30-minute initial consultation (can be done via skype or in person)
  • 1 x 45 minute session (can be done via skype or in person)
  • 1 x 30-minute follow up session (can be done via skype or in person)
  • + you’ll also get a full set of notes to help you to continue to loose weight and stay on track after the month is over as well as lots of delicious clean and healthy recipes and a one-month personalised eating plan. You’ll also get a list of meal options that you can pick and choose from, that will help you to stay on track and reach your goals faster.

  • The whole month costs $185 and that includes all your sessions, notes, recipes and meal plan. I’m however opening up an early bird special for the next 24 hours which brings the price down to $155.

  1. Hey Renee, Are your programs and/or this one month program for vegetarians only? Or Vegan? What happens if you eat meat? I really like the look of what you do and am always keen to learn more in the health and fitness industry. I’ve had an illness before as well so am super keen to stay as healthy as possible!     1. Hi Andrea thanks so much for reaching out. No my programs are not just for vegans or vegetarians and in-fact I have a lot of meat eaters as clients :).

      I just like to focus on filling your diet with as many whole-foods and clean foods as possible and also choosing the healthiest animal products, if you choose to add them to your diet (which is absolutely fine).
