Hey lovelies, hope you’re having a great morning
Last week I posted my Latest and Greatest feature for the month (which you should definitely check out) and among all the protein powders, kelp noodles and cookbooks, I also talked about this incredible range of freeze dried superfood powders.
In case you missed it, the foods used to make these powders are freeze dried, which locks in all their nutrients, before they are ground into powder. This means that just one 1 heaped tbsp of the powder is the equivalent to 10-12 cups of the fresh vegetable!! Isn’t that amazing. Continue reading “Part 1: Superfood Smoothies”

You see my problem!! Continue reading “5 ways to super boost your morning cup of coffee”

The other day while walking through the Go Green Expo I passes by the Organic Mechanics stall. Naturally, I did what any smoothie-loving girl would do and I got myself a large green smoothie.
It was delicious (of course) but it was also different. There was this subtle flavour that I loved and it wasn’t until I read the ingredients list that I realised it was coming from a sneaky little feijoa that they added to the smoothie. Continue reading “Feijoa and Ginger – Winter Green Smoothie”
